Welcome to ToysJedda (مصنع احمد مراجيح أطفال ألعاب). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing our website, placing an order, or entering into a project agreement with ToysJedda, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Company Information

ToysJedda (TJD) is a Saudi-based company headquartered in Jeddah , Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We specialize in toys, playground solutions, landscaping, outdoor furniture, sports facilities, lighting poles, and related services.

2. Use of Website & Services

  • Visitors may use our website to browse products, gather information, and contact our sales team.

  • Any misuse, including fraudulent activity, unauthorized data scraping, or illegal use, is strictly prohibited.

  • Information on our website (designs, prices, specifications) may change without prior notice.

3. Orders & Contracts

  • Orders are confirmed only after written acceptance, quotation approval, and payment (partial or full).

  • Once confirmed, all orders are binding and governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.

  • Large-scale projects may require a separate project contract in addition to these Terms.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment terms are clearly outlined in the quotation or invoice.

  • ToysJedda reserves the right to delay delivery or project execution if payment terms are not met.

5. Delivery & Installation

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to production, logistics, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Installation services are available across Saudi Arabia and may incur additional charges unless included in the contract.

  • Clients must ensure site readiness before installation.

6. Warranty

Playground equipment and products are covered by the following warranties based on pipe diameter:

  • 76mm pipes: 2 years on equipment + 6 months on assembly/installation

  • 89mm pipes: 3 years on equipment + 6 months on assembly/installation

  • 114mm pipes: 5 years on equipment + 6 months on assembly/installation

Warranties do not cover damages caused by misuse, poor maintenance, or natural disasters.

7. Intellectual Property

All images, designs, logos, and content on the ToysJedda website are our intellectual property.

  • No material may be reproduced, copied, or used without written permission from ToysJedda.

8. Limitation of Liability

ToysJedda shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the product or service purchased.

9. Returns & Refunds

All cancellations and refunds are managed according to our Refund & Returns Policy, available on our website.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal information collected through our website or during transactions will be handled according to our سياسة الخصوصية.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

  • Disputes will first be attempted to resolve amicably.

  • If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

12. Policy Updates

ToysJedda reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.

  • The version posted on our official website at the time of purchase or agreement shall apply.
