  • Custom & Project-Based Products: Not returnable

  • Standard Ready-Made Items (if applicable): Returnable within 7 days of receipt, unused and in original condition

  • Manufacturing Defects: Covered under warranty, not treated as standard returns

This policy applies to all online listings, quotations, contracts, and products listed on Google Merchant Center.

1. Commitment & Scope of Policy

At ToysJedda (مصنع احمد مراجيح أطفال ألعاب), we are dedicated to delivering high-quality toys, outdoor solutions, playground equipment, furniture, and custom projects across Saudi Arabia.

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all products and services, including but not limited to:

  • Custom playground equipment

  • Landscaping and beautification projects

  • Urban and outdoor furniture

  • Outdoor installations and sports facilities

  • Outdoor gym equipment and flooring systems

Standard ready-made items, if offered, may be returned within 7 days of receipt under Saudi consumer protection regulations, provided they remain unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Custom, manufactured, and project-based orders are governed by the special terms outlined below.

2. Cancellations After Payment

Once payment is made and an order is confirmed, cancellation requests will be subject to deductions for actual expenses incurred.

These may include:

  • Raw material procurement and manufacturing costs

  • Design, engineering, and administrative fees

  • Shipping, logistics, and installation arrangements

  • Labor or site preparation costs

A Refund Settlement Document will be provided, detailing all deductions and the final refundable amount, if any.

3. Refund Percentage Guidelines

As a general guideline, up to 70% of the paid amount may be refundable.

  • This percentage is not fixed and depends on actual costs incurred.

  • If expenses exceed 30% of the total payment, the refundable amount may be reduced or become non-refundable.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Custom products that have entered production or have been delivered

  • Projects where fabrication, procurement, or site work has started

  • Completed services such as design consultations, inspections, surveys, or engineering drawings

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage after delivery

5. Refund Process & Timeline

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing via official email or in person at our office:

  • Once verified and approved, refunds will be processed within 15 to 30 working days.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Clients are required to:

  • Provide valid proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or contract)

  • Clearly state the reason for cancellation or return

  • Safely package and ship returned products, unless otherwise agreed

7. Legal Compliance & Dispute Resolution

This policy complies with the E-Commerce Law of Saudi Arabia (2019) and relevant Ministry of Commerce regulations.

  • In case of a dispute, both parties will seek an amicable resolution.

  • If unresolved, disputes will be referred to the competent courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

8. Policy Updates

  • The version on the official website at the time of order confirmation is considered binding.
